** We will be hiding the eggs outside around the Dojo (weather permitting), so dress appropriately.

Spring Clean Up

Join us to tackle various projects around the Dojo. We’ll be cleaning up both inside and outside. Come dressed and ready to get dirty to make the Dojo look great.

WEATHER UPDATE – Thursday, 2.9.2017

The suspense is over: yes, we will be closing one last time for the snow. All classes today, March 14, are cancelled. Go out and practice in the snow.

Valentine’s Partner Yoga

Join Sensei Sadie for an evening to build trust, share strength, and develop awareness with your partner. Makes a great Valentine’s gift!

Share the Love

Join us Saturday evening to share the love with our community and have some fun at the Dojo.

We’re collecting items for the Store Next Door at Lewiston High School, which provides tangible assistance to students experiencing homelessness. Bring in your items to be donated and, in return, enjoy a movie with your favorite Sensei. Parents, drop your kids off and have the evening free to connect with each other.
