Many people suffer from some level of back pain or stiffness, whether severe or mild, chronic or just occasional. Causes include lack of flexibility, lack of core strength, lack of movement in your daily routine, together with stress and tension. All lead to compression in your spine. Trapeze Yoga is a fun and relaxing natural method of traction (lengthening the spine) through inversion (being upside down and letting gravity do the work). So come, flip upside down with us and build core and upper body strength, ease lower back pain and stiffness, and be invigorated!
